Whale Shark Eats

While snorkeling in the Maldives, a diver was lucky enough to encounter a whale shark while it was eating. The whale shark vacuums in large quantities of water in order to filter out the krill and plankton that make up most of its diet. Its easy to get up close to these gentle giants, as they will almost always remain docile.
